Are you right for Baloo?

This delightful young gentleman is Baloo. He's looking for an easygoing family where everyone is of secondary school age, who he can share nature walks with. Baloo prefers his own company when it comes to other dogs, so is looking to be the only prince in his new home. He has made a couple of walking buddies in his time with us, but he can be a little choosy with who he befriends so he would benefit from owners who are willing to take him on quieter walks, especially when training. Baloo keeps his kennel very clean, so we've no doubts that he will take to housetraining quickly. He can be quite strong on the lead, so will need owners who are comfortable with this, but he has begun some loose lead walking training already.

Is Baloo right for you?

Baloo is a gorgeous 2 year old Shar Pei. He's an independent lad, loving to really get his nose down to the ground on his walks and explore. He's not too bothered by toys, but is friendly with new people, and loves a fuss from his favourite carers. All-in-all, he's quite a low-maintenance lad, happy to entertain himself. Baloo isn't a big fan of the rain, so would much rather curl up and relax and leave the bad weather for the ducks! Baloo is a very good boy in the vets, recently having to have some surgery on his eyes. He has recovered remarkably well, and he cannot wait to meet his special someone!
